Invite people by email. They get a link, sign in, and see the same inbox you do.
The three roles
| Role | Can do |

| Owner | Everything, including billing, connecting the number, and removing people. |
| Editor | Change the assistant, services, prices and hours. Reply to customers. No billing. |
| Staff | Reply to customers and manage the diary. Cannot change what the assistant says. |
Give people the smallest role that lets them do their job. Staff is the right answer for most.
Why only the owner connects the number
Replacing the WhatsApp connection takes your existing number offline. That is not a thing a new colleague should be able to do by accident on their first afternoon.
When someone leaves
Remove them the same day. Access ends immediately — their next click asks them to sign in and gets nowhere. Conversations they handled stay where they are; nothing they wrote disappears.
One person per account
Do not share a sign-in. If two people use one account you cannot tell who replied to whom, and removing one means removing both.
