Go to Connect in the sidebar and follow the steps. The window that opens belongs to Meta, not to us: you sign in with Facebook, choose or create a WhatsApp Business Account, and add the number.
What Meta will ask for
- A phone number not already on WhatsApp. If the number is on personal WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business app, delete that account first, or use a different number. This is the single most common thing that stops people.
- A code, by SMS or voice call, to prove the number is yours.
- A display name — what customers see at the top of the chat. Meta reviews it, and it should match how your business is actually known.
- Business verification, eventually. You can send messages before it finishes, but your limits stay low until it does.
The number stays yours
The WhatsApp Business Account belongs to you, not to Waba91. If you ever leave, you keep the number and the account. We do not add a markup to your messages — we never see the bill.
What it costs
This is the part worth reading twice.
Meta charges you directly for messages, on your own account, with its own card. Waba91‘s subscription is separate and does not include them.
Most of what the assistant does is free: once a customer messages you, replies are free for 24 hours. You pay Meta when you start a conversation outside that window — a reminder, a follow-up — and that is a template.
After it connects
Connect shows the number, its status, and whether messages are flowing. Send yourself a message to check. Then teach your assistant what to say.
