Waba91 answers your customers on WhatsApp — around the clock, in English, Telugu, Hindi, and in the mixed Tenglish and Hinglish people actually type. It books appointments into your diary, sends reminders, and hands the conversation to you the moment it should.
It is not a chatbot you have to build. You tell it facts about your business and it writes its own answers from them.
What you need
- A phone number for WhatsApp Business. It must not currently be on WhatsApp — not personal WhatsApp, not the WhatsApp Business app. A new SIM is the usual answer.
- A Facebook account that can act for your business. Connecting goes through Meta, and there is no way around that.
- Twenty minutes, and the things you would tell a new receptionist on their first morning: what you offer, what it costs, when you are open.
The three things to set up first
- Connect your WhatsApp number — until this is done nothing can reach you.
- Teach your assistant — what you do, in your words.
- Your services and prices and opening hours — what it is allowed to book, and when.
Everything else can wait until you have seen it answer a real customer.
How to tell it is working
Message your own number from a phone that has never messaged it, and ask something a customer would ask. You should get an answer within a few seconds, and the conversation should appear in Inbox.
If it stays silent, something looks wrong explains what to check.
